The avocado toast and crayfish were tasty, although the biscuit was average. As residents from the eastern seaboard, we found the southern breakfast experience at Willa Jean to be a delightful experiment. Although the shrimp with burrata and etouffee gravy on sourdough toast could have been improved, the overall food and drinks at Willa Jean were amazing.
